This program is designed to help young athletes become faster, quicker, and more explosive through focused speed and agility training. Sessions emphasize athletic movement, coordination, body control, and developing the ability to move efficiently in all directions.
Training Focus Includes:
Acceleration and sprint mechanics
Change of direction and lateral movement
Footwork and coordination drills
Explosive movement and reaction training
Balance, body control, and athletic positioning
Agility techniques for sports performance
Athletes will build speed, confidence, and overall athleticism in a high-energy and encouraging environment designed to help them compete at a higher level.

DoubleDeuce Flag Football Camp

The DoubleDeuce Flag Football Camp is designed to help young athletes improve their football fundamentals, develop confidence, compete in a positive environment, and most importantly — have fun. Campers will work on speed, agility, route running, defense, teamwork, and overall athletic development through drills, competitions, and game play.

Wide Receiver Training
$25 Per Session
Take your game to the next level with specialized wide receiver training focused on developing the skills needed to compete with confidence and precision. Sessions are designed to improve technique, athletic performance, route running, and overall football IQ.
Training Focus Includes:
Proper stance and explosive starts
Route running and mastering breaks
Footwork and body control
Hand-eye coordination and catching technique
Game-speed movement and receiver fundamentals
Coach Hewitt brings years of experience playing wide receiver at the high school, collegiate, and arena football levels, providing athletes with knowledge and training techniques developed through real competitive experience.
Athletes of all skill levels are welcome.

Intro to Flag Football
$25 Per Session
This program is designed to introduce young athletes to the game of flag football in a fun, energetic, and positive environment. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the sport while improving coordination, agility, confidence, and overall athletic ability.
Training Focus Includes:
Passing and catching fundamentals
Flag-pulling techniques
Agility, footwork, and movement skills
Basic offensive and defensive concepts
Understanding the rules and flow of the game
Teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence building
Sessions are structured to keep kids engaged, active, and learning while developing a strong foundation in flag football and athletic movement.
